In order to spruce up the bare, white walls of our studio space we decided to each embark on designing our own mandala. Mine featured bicycles, dragon boats, pencils and code, all things that reflected my life at the time.
I started with a pencil sketch and then turned it into a vector artwork in Illustrator. I then projected the art onto the wall and pencilled it out. I then used permanent ink to paint the wall and get the nice crisp sharp lines I was looking for.
