Westpac were looking to create an event that got their senior leadership team engaging with the key concepts of the company’s purpose, values and behaviours.
We created an installation of doors of different shapes and sizes that, by their very nature, begged to be opened. Behind each door was a different experience. Some doors featured portrait videography of Westpac customers, employees and shareholders all talking about how the company can do better. The activation was designed to spark curiosity and engagement.
